Terms & Conditions:

Please note that the following terms & conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) must be accepted and agreed upon by every customer of Omnia Studio. By transacting with us, all customers are deemed to have carefully read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

 

Quality Assurance

At Omnia Studio, we are committed to maintaining the quality of our products and services for customer satisfaction. We adhere to the regulations set forth in the Sale of Goods Act (Cap. 393) and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A).

 

Definitions

“Products” refer to all tangible goods that we offer for sale, including various nail care, eyelash, eyebrow, facial, body, and hair care products. “Services” encompass all direct services provided by our professionals, such as complete beauty services from head to toe.

 

Service Guarantees and Warranties

Products: We provide a one-week defect-free guarantee for all products. If any defects are found within one (1) week of purchase, customers are entitled to a replacement of the defective product after returning the product to us with the original receipt. If a replacement product is not available, a full refund will be provided within two (2) weeks after the defective product is returned.

Services: Although we strive to provide the best services, we cannot guarantee specific results due to individual variations and creative preferences.

 

Health, Allergy, or Pregnancy Considerations

Our services are designed for general well-being and entertainment, and not as a substitute for professional medical care. Customers with existing medical conditions are advised to consult healthcare providers before using our services.

Customers are expected to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, physical limitations, or pregnancy when booking services, and must promptly inform our staff if they experience any discomfort during services.

By transacting with Omnia Studio, customers agree to release Omnia Studio, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and contractors from any liability for claims, costs, losses, and damages arising from or related to the products and services provided.

 

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods for our products and services, including:

  • Credit Card
  • Paynow

An electronic receipt confirming payment will be provided to customers within three (3) business days after the payment date.

 

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure bookings or appointments, depending on the type of service selected. The deposit amount will be determined at the time of booking and will be counted towards the final payment.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling of Appointments

Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time without incurring a penalty. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Exchanges and Refunds

Our refund and return policy applies for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a refund, products must remain unused and in their original condition upon receipt, including original packaging.

 

For products:

Some commonly used salon products may be eligible for return, such as hair care products, body care products, and nail polish. However, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

For services:

Refunds may be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Omnia Studio.

 

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be provided for unused services, based on the level of completion.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To process your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the funds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank.

Discounted Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; discounted items are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We will only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product due to a defect or damage, please email us at omniastudio2023@gmail.com and send your product to: 61 UBI ROAD 1 OXLEY BIZHUB, SINGAPORE 408727.

 

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

 

Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail your product to: 61 UBI ROAD 1 OXLEY BIZHUB, SINGAPORE 408727.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary.

For higher value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the delivery of your item.

 

Transfer

Requests to transfer services or credits to another individual may be considered by Omnia Studio, provided all relevant information is provided by the requesting party.

 

Price Transparency and Accuracy

All prices for products and services will be clearly communicated to customers, including any additional fees or charges. Promotional or discounted prices will be clearly indicated and honored at the time of purchase.

We are committed to ensuring that all quoted prices at the time of booking will be honored, even if later adjusted for inflation or other costs.

 

Data Security

We respect customer privacy and will seek permission before using personal information for marketing purposes. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

 

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Omnia Studio reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are deemed to have accepted any revisions when transacting with Omnia Studio after the effective date of the last revision.
